I’m tossing around the idea of a hunting/possible NRL hunter rig in a Grey Birch chassis. If my math is correct, using their la grip and 5” forend I can get the weight to about 1.8lb. Can anybody validate this?

Their LA grip says it’s 23 grams (.811 oz) which seems ridiculous light to me..

Have a lightly used Manners T2A GAP SA stock for sale with their gen 2 mini chassis in Scorched Earth Camo. Will also come with Area 419 weighted Arca Rail and SAP 2 round holder shown. These scopes with the EBR-7F retical are fairly hard to find, currently the only one I can find available and in stock is on eBay for a couple $$ hundred more plus tax.

For the last batch of rifle brass you scrapped, how many firings did it last? I'm going to break the poll down into standard and magnum cartridges to get a bit more insight into the results.

If you don't scrap the whole batch, you could answer with when you noticed you had to start tossing a bunch of cases with loose primer pockets, incipient case head separation, split necks, etc. even if you continue to load the remaining good ones until they also show signs of failure.

I know - the answer to this question is different for every combination of brass brand, cartridge, powder charge, amount of brass sizing, type of sizing, annealing process, and on and on. Even in the same rifle I've had different brass/loads last 4 or 10+ firings.

What I'm curious about is the distribution of people's actual recent results, not the hypothetical debate that is often repeated.

Feel free to chime in with more details - more info is always appreciated. If I could add more options in the survey I'd break it down further.

Hi all from Australia, looking for a change from my current Tikka T1x UPR for factory class PRS22 and NRL22 matches. I would prefer a competitive complete production rifle and have been seriously considering Victrix Smallbore Pro, seen a couple reviews from Xring and others but not heaps of info.

Any reason I should not consider this rifle? All reports are that it functions reliably and shoots accurate.

Any other rifles to consider? MPA (vudoo) was a consideration but next to impossible to get in Australia. And Anschutz in ATX is USA only option, can't buy it over here.

Only reason lookong for change from Tikka is balance, it is rear heavy and for certain classes (IPRF) you cant run weights so something that balances and is reliable. Tikka runs beautifully and I dont need to upgrade, it is a want. I don't want to build a rifle, I want a factory rifle to pickup and compete.

Was thinking of using my ballistic app and pre making some drop sheets for different projectiles and different speeds using density altitude and was wondering what the lowest and highest number for density altitude most of y’all have ever seen in the southeast.
