In the 70s, California was a great place to live, then came the shift in power. Oregon and Washington toppled soon thereafter. New Mexico and Colorado have both fallen since, Florida and North Carolina are tipping over the edge right now. Texas is a couple decades away from suffering the same fate, with their cities calling the shots for the rest of the state.

With any luck the start of the next mini ice age will happen around 2025 to 2030 and that might just fix a lot of issues, or at least be a great opportunity to fix things.

I have my doubts on if I'll be able to stay in Texas when I retire, but it seems not just the world, but also the USA is running out of places for Freedom loving people to live in peace and eventually those who love freedom may have to put their foot down and take back freedom across the country & the world (or let it vanish for the next several centuries / millennia).

While I'm all for freedom of speech, how is it that recommending police be firebombed is not considered incitement to riot, sedition, or some other kind of incitement to anarchy?

I wonder if ANTIFA's would apply the same "freedom of speech" for people recommending the firebombing and/or other method of assassination of anyone who looks like an Antifa supporter?

I answered with a question. There is nothing wrong with incitement or even calling for revolution, hell that's how we got started. I personally would not mind another revolution to dismantle the UNconstitutional government we have in place. If that scares you, boo fuking hoo.

I was seeking information, not trying to start an internet conflict...it is unfortunate that my inquiry upset you. I agree about allowing them to overplay their hand. While there are plenty of laws that you, or I may believe to be unconstitutional, until they are taken off the books, or overturned by the courts, some idiot somewhere can decide to act based on those laws, and at someone else's expense. Hopefully, Trump will get enough Supreme Court appointees to begin overturning some of those laws, and some of the court decisions that have screwed things up.

Rioting pretty much never actually gets anything positive accomplished. It's usually a tactic of communists, Marxists, race baiters and other hard left radicals all of which simply want to use the rabble as a tool to kick out the established order & put in a new just as bad order, but one with them as the new "most advantaged" leaders.

Generally once you go up in the ranks of intelligence while not turning into a liberal airhead, you tend to find more effective ways of changing things. Such as getting off your rear end and getting very active politically and trying your best to get everybody else to head to the polls etc.

Also if you really want to build a better society in an intelligent way, you usually don't riot as all you wind up doing is often clashing with and causing harm to the foot soldiers of order in society which is counter productive, what you actually want to do is use great amounts of intelligence and planning to deal with those who call the shots and order the evils that you are against.

You may have to one day resort to violence if your country is too far gone for any peaceful means, but again random violence in the streets doesn't usually help anything.

No matter what point in human history you are at, pretty much no government ever has tolerated people calling for the violent overthrow of said government, so if you are going to incite a violent revolution, "freedom" or not, expect the government to be looking to shut you down using all resources at their disposal.

On a federal level only the government that is prescribed by the Constitution as it says in the 10th amendment. Nothing more nothing less, if the power is not defined they are not lawful or legal.

I am in complete agreement that many of the decisions made by various courts area large part of the problem. Especially the federal 9th circuit. My current plan is to continue voting and hoping for Trump will continue appointing more judges that will follow the constitution. I'm hopeful that an actual shooting civil war and anarchy can be avoided.

The catharsis of civil war seems acceptable to some, and even more so if it's unlikely that they would be in the field. If I want to sashay down the primrose path towards embracing armed conflict, I'd just as soon not be shoved along it by someone co-opting my utterances to their end.

It will be really interesting to learn what is contained in the "secret memo" that the democrats are trying to keep secret. I suspect that it may blow the top off of some things that would really hurt some of the corrupt. If the contents of that memo helps "drain the swamp" I welcome it.

I totally agree with this position.

As much as I shake my head daily when I see this crap and these POS, millennial fucks; I don't live in a large city. Nothing that goes on in any of the population centers affects me or mine. Boston is 90 miles away. At some point, we may need to take a stand but for now I am just enjoying the show and not letting this bother me too much. The more we clamor, the worse it gets. I want fewer laws not more.
