I placed my comp 40 order (#4883) on 3 may 2019... And still nothing.
Timeline:
11 July I emailed you asking for an update to my 3 May order
17 July Jeremy Jones emailed me back and said "If you would like a refund we can do that and wave the cancellation fee"
I called the shop and got no answer
23 October 19 I sent a follow up email, and was told they were expected mid october...
4 February 2020 Follow up and asked for a refund
17 February 20 Send you another email asking for a refund
19 February got an email saying "Josh and I will discuss your refund"
15 May 20 I sent you another email...
Today I called and your shop is not "reviewing voicemails"
I attempt to send you a PM and you dont have that option
