I bought a Bul Armory Axe Cleaver 2 months ago and it has been a nightmare. Received my gun from my FFL dealer and took it to the range the next day. Fired first shot and failed to feed second. Cleared jam and took the next shot and again failed to feed. Cleared jam took the second magazine and loaded Winchester rounds fired a round and gun totally jammed. Pulled the magazine went to clear the jam and slide was jammed solid would not move at all. Looked down and round was stuck in barrel and would not eject or fire. Called Bul and spoke to Kesia Bul's customer service manager and explained the situation. She told me that I would have to ship the gun back to them in Miami but would have totake the gun to a gunsmith to get the round removed before shipping (DUH). I asked how would I be reimbursed for the gunsmith and she put me on hold for a couple of minutes returned and said "We don't have a program in place for that". I said you expect me to eat the $85.00 for the gunsmith and she said "Yes we don't have a reimbusement program in place for that. So now the cost of the gun went from$438.99 including shipping to $523.99. Shipped the gun back and never received notification they received it. Checked my FedEx tracking number so I knew they received it. Gave them 4 days called them on a Friday and Kesia said they would get to it the following week. The very next day on Saturday FEDEx was at my door and guess what? They were delivering the gun that Bul wasn't going to look at until next week. Opened the box and then the case no gunsmith's report on what the issue was or what repairs were made. Took it to the range the next day and guess what? Out of 90 rounds I had 16 failure to feeds. 13 I was able to clear by hitting the back of the slide with my palm and forcing the round into the barrel the other 3 I had to pull the magazine and clear them out the good old fashioned way. Called Kesia back and yep my gun was going back to Miami for another well deserved vacation all expenses paid by Bul Armory. I spoke to Kesia and explained I bought that gun for my everyday carry gun working on the South and West sides of Chicago or Chiraq. I told her that I can no longer trust that gun or her gunsmith with my life and would either like a NEW replacement of the exact same gun or a full refund. Guess what? YEP, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON FIREARMS. I asked for a replacement of the same exact gun, I just don't want that one back because it has issues. Guess what? Never heard back from her. Checked my FedEx tracking number and the received my gun 1/5/24 at 2:30 PM. You got it. Never heard from Bul. I called Kesia on Thursday 1/11/24 to ask about the gun. She told me they didn't receive the gun until the end of the day on Tuesday 1/9/24. She said they would get to it on the weekend because my gun is the top priority. I called Kesia today 1/15/24 and guess what? My top priority gun that was getting looked at this last weekend has other guns ahead of it. I asked to speak to Gal the big boss at Bul Armory guess what. Yep he wasn't in the office. So if your looking to Buy a Bul Armory gun I am sure they are great if you get a good one. I'm sitting here with 8 inches of snow 30 below with the wind chill and my Bul Axe Cleaver is on vacation in Miami instead of protecting me and my family. I do know one thing for sure I have a CZ P10 C that will shoot the balls off of a mosquito at ten paces for all of $329.00. Choose wisely my friend. Choose wisely.
