Drift(draft) horses may be 1.5hp each. Long stroke legs and high compression hearts larger air intake.

If a motor is producing a rotational force, it is producing torque.

This does not require rotation, it is a force.
Please define how rotational force happens without rotation.
Such a statement is beyond ludicrous and requires a fully inept mind.

Wait....have you been watching Star Wars again ?

So when you put a wrench on a rusty bolt and pull, there’s no rotational force until it moves?

The more effort it takes to turn, the more you have *unknowingly* turned it.
Do you actually think nothing is moving ?

Stupid people.
Your arm is moving, the wrench is flexing, the bolt head is distorting.
Everything is moving, it's just *YOU* do not realize it.

So, when you finally *REALIZE* it's moving, how many bandaids will you need?

There would be some transient moments at first but you can’t really think the force ceases after it has settled into a statics problem. You’re still applying rotational force. The bolt is all applying an opposite rotational force resulting in no movement.
