Never knew that, mine did. After puberty he quit going to the "kid" Dr. and started going to my "regular" Dr.
My kid is 26, so not that long ago. And when he went to the "adult" Dr. The wife or I was there with him. He is IMHO biologically an adult male after puberty. We had a scare that he might have breast cancer (yea who knew men can get it too) right when he was ~15, there was a not that was sore and we moved from the "kid" Dr after that. Not that she did anything wrong, it is just he was starting to have "adult" issues, and his old Dr suggested it, that is why I thought it was common practice.
The comment about hair was just a poor attempt at a joke.....I try to take into account where I am on a given forum, and that joke seemed to fit the general flow of things in this section.
It would be helpful if there was sub titles or I understood Portuguese.
I think there is some basic differences in the language spoken in Portugal vs Brazil, but if you know one you can make out the general flow of the language. I think it is a little like Dutch and Afrikaans.

The language translation would definitely be helpful. One thing that I do on these "man on the street" videos is analyze it with the volume muted, then watch it with the volume on. And oddly enough it exists all over Africa, and has existed there for centuries before whites existed there. (leaving out the bands just incase) And incase you don't know what most think of as "tribes" are broken down yet again into different "bands". You may be Lakota but you may be hunkpapa.....think of it as Lakota to being a US citizen, and the band Hunkpapa as being from Missouri.....about as close as I can get.
Point is "racism" exists everywhere, and really (and I do really think this) is kept alive by things like this garbage.

Being a "normal" American I know so very little about how Canada's .gov is setup. With that little puke up there running things and with more people knowing his name then the name of their own congress people I admit I have been doing a little reading on how canada is setup.
Most of the provinces are not too keen on what Trudeau is doing, a little like everyplace, the masses are not happy. I can see the province .gov being not unlike a "states rights" thing down here, but with a little extra power. As I understand things and in a nut shell, if it stays in a given provinces borders their "fed" has no say, it is only when it leaves the border do they get a say......as I understand it, and likely that is a 3rd grade understanding.

Dogs are amazing animals and can pick up on the most subtle changes in "their humans".....moods, feelings....searching for the right word. You might not even know you do it, but that dog can tell.
I can say the same thing with "stranger" black people.....people that I don't know. The dog becomes more...again a word....on alert vs any other "stranger". But I have one black friend I have known from the 4th grade, so over 50 years. I see him about once every three months, he comes out and shoots. Dogs love him, dogs that have never seen him before are hopping all over him saying pet me pet me....see me. (my dogs do need some work). It is really so odd.
Inlaws (big time bible thumpers, that like most big time bible thumpers want to save my soul) brought out a preacher for the wife and I to talk to (white). I think the dog picked up on me not liking this one single bit, not being blind sided in my own home, not liking what this guy was selling, I was not happy but tried to be polite. I think the dog was going to rip his face off.....and I held onto the dog, they asked time and time again to put her in the bedroom and I would not, saying she will calm down and a need to "socialize" her and this was perfect for that. All I can say is thank doG for hard wood floors I don't think I could have held her for 15min. They left quickly and that has never happened again. They gave up on trying to "church" me.

I asked that if I were to get a teaching certificate in her area, what would be the chances of me getting a job in her school system. I didn't even specify the grade level.
She replied, "We would hire you in a heart beat."
I asked why and she replied, "Because you're a man."
I was taken aback and asked why being a man was so important.
She explained, "In a classroom setting, men are much better controlling the children. They listen to a man more than they do women. They learn more from men than they do women."
She continued, "Women do not really understand children, particularly boys. Men understand children better than women."
I never forgot that lady and what she told me.
My ex-wife and her mother ran a day-care center in their home. At this juncture I want to make this very clear to parents and grandparents who have children in day-care.
DO NOT HESITATE TO MAKE UNANNOUNCED AND SUPRISE VISITS. DON'T MAKE A NUISANCE BUT DON'T BE PUT OFF ON LEARNING WHAT GOES ON IN A DAY CARE CENTER. THE BEST WAY TO LEARN WHAT GOES ON IS TALKING WITH YOUR CHILDREN BUT ALSO GETTING FIRST HAND INFORMATION.
My ex-wife would lock a toddler in one of the back rooms because she said that the little girl was "evil." That's one of the red flags that I got to let me know I made a mistake and married the wrong one.
When I was there, I would go into the room with the toddler to entertain her because she was crying non-stop. After a little while, I'd get her settled down and even taking a nap in my arms.
One day, I heard the little girl crying and went back to investigate. Her diaper burst open and there was poop everywhere. My ex-wife was too good to get shit on her hands.
I cleaned up the little girl as well as getting the rest of the playpen cleaned up and sanitized.
I discovered, much, much later that they were drugging the children to get them to take a nap from 10:00 to 14:00. About 9:30 AM, they would give the children a snack of milk and crackers and have them lay down on pallets to nap.
I'll give you three guesses what was probably in the milk and you'd be correct on your first attempt.
When it was time for the children to use the rest room, the boys and girls would get in separate lines. After using the bathroom, the children were NOT permitted to wash their hands. Why? Because it would get the towels in the bathroom dirty and increase the amount of laundry to be done.
The ex-mother-in-law as well as the ex-wife put on really good acts for the parents. Who, IMHO, were more interested in their careers and were too busy to spend time with their children.
I can say that on good authority because most of the children were in day care from sunrise to sunset.
The ex-mother-in-law is worm food now; which is the only thing that she's good for. The ex-wife needs to be locked in a room with a shit-filled diaper to see how it feels.
BTW, I'm not bragging because it's fact. I'm great with kids. I've been asked to help with children's activities at a private school my son attended. I didn't volunteer but was asked and overheard kids tell my son how great his dad was.
I only share that because I can say with a great degree of certainty that women are NOT the experts on children that they claim to be. Without men, they would not be able to have children but they forget that.
