Not right now in my area. There's very few small contractors. Most of them are doing subdivisions, Apt complexes and multiple town houses. So the subs are busting ass to keep up with the schedule. Besides, subs can't find anyone that wants to work.
The contractors that were doing 8 to ten houses a year are gone.

I work alone. I've got 4 houses backed up with 3 more after that. No signs of slowing down just yet.
