Something kicking off in Israel

Love is Love until a Palestinian burns their house down...
The part that offends me -------> ''Science is Real''
i can imagine the dumbasses applying it to ->

flattening the curve - science is real
wax and boosters - science is real
face diapers -science is real
56 genders- science is real
we only have 6 years left - science is real
.............. -science is real
And Israelis somehow managed to be ahead of the curve in all above. o_O

First Ukraine was saving Europe now Israel is saving Europe ( while actually suggesting we take all the Palestinians including Hamas) , seriously come on who is buying this kind of shit ->
science is real = anyone asking for money is really just trying to save you

News flash most of the financial aid is already given as credit

Worth noting that around the same time in West Beirut... c. 1985 IIRC, Hezbollah or whoever they were at the time... kidnapped four Soviet diplomats/assumed intelligence officers from KGB or GRU. Demands were made to the Soviets.

Within hours, a relative of one of the radical Shia leaders disappeared off the street. His genitals were shortly thereafter delivered to the Shia Leader. In a box. Along with the head. That had a bullet hole in it. Rumor had it that the genitals were stuffed in the mouth of the relative's head.

The Soviet prisoners were released immediately and throughout the 'troubles' in Beirut, no Soviet was ever touched again.

It's what those people understand. It's why rules of engagement are simply rules designed to sacrifice your own youth and chances of victory....

I'm not sure this is a true story. I never heard this directly from anyone who was in a position to know. I do know the Russian Spetsnaz from the 70s and 80s were brutal and effective killers, and having met two who emigrated here, I would not want to tangle with the ones from that period unless I was 600 yards away with my scoped rifle or a radio. So in spirit it's true.

The Soviet organization picked brutal and sadistic "native" leaders through most of the period and supplied and groomed them well. They provided arms, money, training, women, prestige, info on their opponents. Hez-and other clients had incentive to toe the line. The motives may have changed in 79 but not much.

Buckley's killers were trained by the Russians. Heroin addiction - and there are worse drugs - are very effective - and work if you don't plan to trade prisoners. There is a reason some US POWs never came home from Vietnam or Korea.

The invasion of Afghanistan set off the ripples we are dealing with today. In many ways the GWOT is part of the history of the unravelling of the Communist movement - and the client states and non-state actors from that period. In retrospect, the victory at Warsaw was the high water mark for the Soviets and the Winter War was the turning point. Hitler's invasion of Russia and the ameliorating impact of lend-lease breathed life into a dying beast.

I do agree that our strategic ROEs should be based on context of our enemy. Hamas is not a state actor. It's a collection of thugs with slick marketing more like an inner city overrun by drug lords who get cash from an outside source. They are a large extortion ring getting essentially state funded tribute. As far as I am concerned, they are rogue enemy combatants. The GO ROE for those from the Cold War was very clear, unless otherwise briefed.

It's definitely a true story... Corroborated many years ago from a number of sources! Most better than the LA Times!

I did not "Fact Check"

In a very rare statement, CENTCOM on Sunday evening announced that an Ohio-class submarine has arrived in the region. The US submarine, which is both nuclear-powered and capable of carrying nuclear warheads, has arrived in an "area of responsibility" which includes the eastern Mediterranean, Red Sea, Persian Gulf, and Gulf of Oman. It is unknown and undisclosed precisely what types of advanced weapons it is carrying.

I was thinking the same thing. I think VDH is a realist, nationalist, independant. Iv'e never heard him espouse on who we should invade next in order to expand our hedgamony. Now Lindsay Graham will tell you we need to inavde Russia, and Iran all at the same time, that's a Neo Con, not VDH.

He's one of those most neoconish of the OG neocons. It doesn't get much more neocon than defending the invasion of Iraq in the pages of National Review:

Why they still roll with Tavor X95's when from everything Ive seen, the high speed units all run/prefer shorty suppressed AR's... is beyond me... IWI makes AR's. The Tavor is cool and all, but Ive literally never seen ANY bullpup that could outshine a quality AR in pretty much any form of shooting challenge or combat. Altho I do hear that Springfield Hellion/VHS-2 bullpup is one helluva nice, reliable rifle. Particularly in arctic cold conditions.

Check out ~1:06:20 for some pretty gnarly goPro-on-a-K9 action.. Woah! Those fckn dogs are literally like bad guy-seeking missiles, and are absolutely terrifying...

Yeah that's a fairly damning article. That said, I have only been following him for a few years now, close enough to say that article does not seem to reflect his more recent views. Not totally sure, but he seems to have changed his stance in general. He did warn of staying out of Ukraine, even arming them, he warned that it could end in nuclear confrontation.

Fucckkkk thats heavy dude!

I’ll skip watching that one then.

Sharia law; coming to a neighborhood near you. Also look at European countries that adopted the open borders BS and unchecked immigration. The same thing has been happening here for several decades.

I don't have to remind anyone on this forum of that. We all get it.

When and if it comes to this country, I hope that the leftist women who have always told us that "the muslim religion is a peaceful religion," are the first to suffer.

We see videos and articles of European women suffering attacks and rapes by those animals but how many have asked these same victims if they ever voted for the liberal politicians making the laws that open the gates for the rag-headed-goatfuckers?

It will happen here and most of the blame can be placed on both democrats and RINOs for letting it happen. If I ever hear a woman complain about being victimized by a goatfucker, I plan on asking her what her party affiliation is. If she says she's a democrat, all I can tell her was that she's part of the problem and walk away.

PS: That poor little girl in the video knew exactly what was going to happen to her. She's not oblivious to what sex is. Other children and girls might have told her what to expect on her "wedding night." She might have heard stories from other child brides. One can only hope that creep's pecker rots and falls off.

Unreal.
Woah..
Thats completely fckd! And a excellent point, why THE FUCK is it ok for Hamas to have access to all the badass kit we left in Afg, but god forbid a Israeli civilian even has access to rifles..! I HATE our swamp lizards in DC man...

Why is Biden's stance a surprise? It is the same position he holds for the United States. You're damn right I am going to take your AR14s.

I never thought I would find something so well worth watching on Twitter, but here it is. I hope you find it worth watching as much as I did.

This guy has some gov. job that allows him a Glock 19 and more than the 50 rounds of ammo limit at home. He had one spare mag on his person and states during the interview that he had stashed away extra magazines as a just in case. It looks like his planning paid off.

No, you don't want to go looking for dozens of guys armed with automatic rifles and an RPG when all you have is a Glock 19, but what if they come looking for you?

Note he believes that they knew which houses to target and that they were looking to take him hostage specifically.

Wow....just wow. This is the part that hit me.

I really think the only reason these people are still alive is they wanted him alive. They would have blasted the building to rubble at the first exchange of fire. This guy must have been high value, higher value then the 10-14 guys he defended himself against. After the "head guy" was out of the picture, the guy doing the talking in english at the end, they melted away.

I know we all know this, but I have little doubt this is coming to this country.

"Short ranges, accuracy, composure."

I hope I'm this collected if the situation ever calls for it. That's it, it's your last chance with no do-overs. Don't fuck it up by being emotional.

The guy had training, and high level training we know this as it was "legal" for him to have a gun in his house.

So he knew how to use it, and also knew they would not just start shooting RPG's into that house as they wanted him alive. Those two things worked for him.

In the "normal" world it is really hard for people to practice something like this. You might go to the range, square up to the target with a nice little shelf right there for you to set all your stuff on. Trust me, if you need to do something like this guy did, that is not how it is going to go down. I will maintain that different "games" I call them, competitions where you need to move around, shoot from strange positions and angles, with a clock and a guy behind you, and bunches of folks watching your every move, that will put you in as close to stress as you are ever likely to get....hopefully.

I maintain unless you can practice shooting at those odd angles, weak handed....bla bla bla. You are at a dis advantage. Lots of folk don't have that option.

The game this board is build around while a very difficult skill to master, I don't think is going to do you much good when the ranges are in the feet range and not yard range.

nothing, *NOTHING* comes close to the stress involved with your first experience of a bidirectional shooting range.

said game can help with the muscle memory for the actions required, but doesn’t come close to the mental side of things.

Adrenaline: quite possibly the strongest drug known to man; and my personal favorite.

Although; violence, when properly channeled and applied, has been known to cause quite the erection for me in the past 🤔 🤷‍♂️🤣

I think we all agree.
He never inferred anything different in his post.

I took his words and context to mean that certain competitions would help induce stresses that are as close as you can get to a gunfight and I agree with this thinking.

I am trying to talk a couple of guys in their mid 20s to go shoot an outlaw IPSC match this weekend. Both are gun whores but have only shot on a square range from a bay and never from a holster and reloading on a clock. Without actually coming out and saying it, I am trying to hint that it would behoove them to actually develop real gun handling skills to go with all their guns. . . . . like right the heck now. Both are very responsible, conservatives and work 2 jobs even though they are not married yet. Good traits that us old fucks need to encourage.

This is very true, be that in the middle of a desert or the edge of a field and thinking you know being right here next to a 500 gal propane tank is likely not a good idea.

Hopefully being on that two way range is something few people have to go through. But I think we can all agree, well things are not looking too good right now.

So what is your suggestion for the average person. Something to get the heart racing, the brain thinking, moving and ducking. I can't think of anything better then some of the hand gun "games".

Sure as hell is better then being at a normal range with someone yelling at you for shooting too quickly, three seconds between shots or you will be asked to leave.

I have a hard time getting my point across, you have it.

Back when I started I had a holster, 4 mag holders and a box stock 1911. Hay I like old things. When the guys started with me and had known I had shot quite a bit, and from a holster, a different one, but still a holster they told me be slow on the draw. Be very step 1 step 2 with everything. Speed will come later. Having to fool with the safety on the 1911 was something that messed me up from what I was use to, so I can really see where they are coming from.

If you have not practiced that skill you have a chance of hurting yourself, and I am not talking about pride. I practiced with a Rimfire 1911, as well as an air gun. Actually the rimfire was more inexpensive, the air gun ate CO2 cartridges. But I could practice in the garage. That is what finally gave me "speed", but I was never fast. I did get better.

When you do that the first time, my mind was racing, it was stressful, and I had already been shot at, sitting there telling myself this is just a silly game, why are you so nervous. You just are, like the first time at bat, nerves do play a part.

I just think the games help, and I can't think of another way to get close to that same feeling.

The queen of Jordan has Plaestenian parents. That adds to the equation with respect to Jordan's moves.

And then....

Jordan declares readiness to declare war on Israel

I'm not saying she is making decisions, or even moving the needle. But it is hard for someone to go against their own people or stand by as a neutral party.

The training is helpful for the reasons you listed. The stress and your ability to function with it is largely genetic. I bet there are some others in this thread who have had blood samples taken for studies on this very thing.

I've noticed this a lot lately in the gun community. I don't do as much as I should, that's for damn sure. But there's a TON of guys that are completely content with collecting high end guns and gear with no real intentions of learning to use them effectively. I know a couple of them personally. It's not always young guys, but it's the guys that are in it for the culture rather than the practical application of the tools they're collecting. Kind of like guys that collect custom axes but don't have any wood to chop.

I see this up close in the horse world as well. I personally know people that want expensive horses, expensive tack, expensive trailers, but they have no interest in riding more than a few times per month, if that. But there are other people living on a shoestring, borrowing tack and doing training rides for other people just so they can afford to lease the horse that they ride any chance they get. Sometimes passion and bank accounts don't always agree, but when they do, that's when we see real special results.

Your ability to handle stress is genetic? That's fascinating shit...humans really are strange creatures.

He's like almost all of the other neocon shitbums that never repented; they just tried to change their stripes once Trump took office*. Just watch them crawl out of the woodwork now that things are again getting spicy in the Middle East.

*About the only nice thing I'll ever say about Bill Kristol is that he didn't try to pretend to be something he's not during Trump's turn.

While I have little doubt that genetics can help, I don't think that the ability to perform tasks under stress is purely or even "largely" genetic. Sounds more like an excuse someone would give for not training.

Some basic aerobic capability would be a great starting point. If someone is gassed after 30 secs of brisk activity then they are probably fucked in any sort of physical confrontation.

Definitely not an excuse not to train. Quite the opposite, and you would be correct on aerobic capability increasing your ability to do tasks. This is why I favored running ultramarathons over lifting heavy weights. Funny how easy it was for me to clear whole buildings while my friends, who focused on lifting very heavy, were sucking wind so bad that they were worthless in a short amount of time. This is different from what I am refering to, however. I am talking about cognitive limitations during stress and how your body adapts. I am talking about biomarkers that indicate a resistance to oxidative stress. There have been quite a few studies done by government entities trying to help people perform and increase their abilities/determine differences in people with regards to this. Training will absolutely help no matter who you are, but you can't train yourself to be in the NBA when you are a 5'4'' white guy. You can train to reach your biological limitations.
