Probably just a Beetle. Which is also what the Bradley GT was. The Bricklin SV-1 was mid engined not rear engined and not used as a kit car base to my knowledge. The SV-1 was also twice the size of the abomination pictured.

Nope, no relation. It was going to be the new Nissan halo car instead of the Skyline. AWD, mid engined, all the tech, debuting the new VG30DE that would end up in the 300ZX. The 2nd gen concept had the VG30DETT. Would've been better than the Skyline in my opinion.
