I seem to remember a lawsuit in late 2020 in which Texas, and a few other states, ask the judicial to review the voting methodology in specific states to verify the state followed the established voting law in those states. I believe the court refused to hear the case saying the plaintiffs did not have standing, that they couldn't sue another state for not following that states own election law.
In light of current events (damages) this might be worth revisiting.
But I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night.

What I suggested was based on an honest judicial system.
However, you are correct Mr. Smith, the chances of the Supreme Court hearing the case much less following the law and giving a decision in favor any state rightfully trying to protect themselves from an invasion are the same as the odds that Joe OBiden won the 2020 election. Zero.
The concept of a completely corrupt government and court system was a fantasy to most forty years ago. Now the concept that the courts will do the honest and just thing is the fantasy.

The problem with an illegal alien army, or enlisted criminals, or one with few "true patriots" like most of the guys on the Hide, is that such an army is more easily turned against the citizens of the country, and will have better training, and thus will be successfull. Control the army = win the revolution (which every way or place that occurs).

I'm too old for military service, even if I am still in fairly good shape. If I was young enough to be drafted, I would probably be someone who would dodge it, only because women aren't subject.
Furthermore, if I did answer the call of duty, I would refuse to get my head shaved and adhere to male standards for PT because women are given preferential treatment.
Oh, and don't make me an 11B either unless, women are shoved in that MOS on an equal basis. It's about time we see female to male foot soldiers on a 1-to-1 basis.
