Not to say that liberties have not been infringed but none of those things on that list are liberties.

Apparently, they're still sorting it out. No real confirmation on the number of casualties but there were some. According to the latest report, there were two shooters. One is in custody and the other was "neutralized" at the scene. Looks like they'll have a presser at about 4pm. We'll see...
