Nampa and that whole area around Boise is just inundated with the dipshits from Kalifornia. Several other hotspots for immigration, including Coeur d'Alene. We saw it around the Clearwater River, too, but since there isn't a big shopping mall and no 4 lane highway into, it was a little delayed.
It was building up big time when I left there in late 99.
I lived in Boise for a year and had to get out of there.
