I own a Dillon XL650 5 station progressive loader set up for my 45acp's. Is there any reason I can't reload rifle ammo on it?

No, I reload both .223 Rem and 308 Win on mine. As you will find out it does take some practice to make it perfect. Change over takes some finesse when going from pistol to rifle cartridges.

Works great, in fact. Make sure you swage/trim your primer pockets if you have military crimps, and use ball powder such as H335 or BLC-2 in the Dillon powder measure. Search around, there are also some tips on how to polish the measure for more consistent throws.
