So im pretty new here. Is there a list of acronyms and definitions that I can read. Im trying to follow all the threads on here and I get lost alot because of all the acronyms used.

Not that I know of. I had the same issue when I first got into this and sometimes now, Haha. I just either use the search engine on the right side of the page under the shout box or straight up Google. OCW (optimum charge weight) was the latest acronym I was confused about.

FFP = first focal plane, or final firing position
DOPE = data on prior engagement
LOP = length of pull
OAL = over-all length
COL = comparator overall length, also known as COAL, but not the anthracite stuff
FTE = 'front torwards enemy' badger brake, or 'field tactical edition' ballistic software
OTM = open tip match
VLD = very low drag
SMK = sierra match king

WFLNGCDCG = wide flat long nose gas checked dual crimp groove
