So i finally got the 5R out for the first time its shooting 3/4" at a 100 with ease I want better, hopeing things will start to tighten up once i get a better feel for it.

Realistically what should i expect from this rifle. Scoped with a Leupold 3-9X33 rimfire EFR.

The very best group a friend of mine could get with his was 5 shots into .484", but on average I'd say about .5-.8" @ 100, at least that is what I've seen.

A half inch with factory ammo would be great hopefully with reloads it would be even better. This friday im going to brake out fresh none reloaded blackhills and see if there is any difference.

Just an added FYI for those who may come across this ... Black Hills reloads work just as well and actually where a bite more consistent vs the New. Environmental conditions where a factor when i shot the two definitely a factor but if your not looking to fire form fresh brass too reload save the $10 a box and get the reloaded ammo. Even the lake city cases will still be good for reloading.
