That's the lowest I know of. Should work on a Rem Varmint contour barrel but it puts the 56mm objective with butler creek just touching on my M24/M40 contour barrel. Fine without the butler creek though.
It's really less than a tenth of an inch closer. If it's a 56mm objective then I would just get the 1" height Seekins and then you don't have to worry about what barrel contour is. If 50mm then go with the .92".

Also - to reiterate what Rob01 said - the 1" height rings would work best with a 56mm OBJ (the .92" may be too close to clear the front of the rail depending on your eye relief postioning).
