Just decided to build my own monopod, jewell trigger will b here in a day or two then ordering a new set of lower rings

Thanks i got about 16 bucks in the hole project and its completely adjustable its threaded into the stock so theres about about 5 to 6 inches that i can raise the back end if needed

Hey it works, I built a monopod for my AR-50 and used a pump handle from a keg for the ball.

hell yea man thats a good idea to I drilled a half inch hole in the stock, took a 3/8 concrete anchor cut the not threaded end off, epoxied it in the hole, threaded the insert in the knob screwed a piece of 3/8 stainless all thread in it, put a nut on it for a lock nut and its solid as a rock

Im in the market for some shorter scope rings any info on a formula for the smallest rings I can go with would b appreciated Base to center of scope is 1.625 barrel to the bottom of the scope is .75 if i done it correctly I think its like .875 is the smallest rings

Would help to know your scope tube diameter. Badger 30mm "standard" rings are .823" base to C/L.
