Well I ordered a T4A off the ready to ship list. Today I got it and got to looking at and it was suppose to have 2 flush cups but they are not there. So I called Matt at Manners and he said they will fix it and have it back asap and sent me a shipping label. Well after that I was going to test fit the barreled action to see how it looks. Well it said on the ready to ship list it was a short action and on the details on the package it was a short action stock but when I went to put it in I found out it's a long action stock lol. So I have to wait till monday to call and get this sorted out. I guess someone put the wrong piece of paper with the stock stuff happens. I am very happy with the stock and cant wait to get the right stock now lol. Thought I would share a my luck kind of day.

Manners will get it straightened up for you. Things like that are not common with them typically. I own 6 of their stocks now (and sold 3 others) and most of them have come from the "Ready to Ship" page on their site. Just last week I bought a T4A with mini chassis off the ready to ship page. It arrived 2 days ago and was perfect.

The folks at Manners will take care of the mistake.

When I ordered my Manners stock it had a very small problem. Talked to Tom a couple times and he and he's staff was top notch at making me happy and everything right. Best customer service in my opinion.

I'm sure it will work out. I just sold my old stock so I hope I dont have to wait on a stock to be built. 4 months of no shooting does not sound good

The only real trouble with this world is that we are required to interact with other humans. We humans are supposed to be special because we can communicate better than other species. This, we can do; but I think we still have some evolving to do in that particular area. Call it a better day than it could have been and forge on...

Sounds like a golden opportunity to pick up a 22 and hammer those basics down good and flat.

I had a similar problem with a manners stock being a short action but I ordered a long and they had a new one to me before I even shipped the other back so they will take care of you

Shit happens sometimes to all of us but they are some of the best people to work with. I placed an order from them and it will be the 5th stock of theirs i have used. Great products and great people is all i have to say about them and they have always been Johny on the spot for me.

That's good to hear! Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they handle the mistakes that separate a good company from a bad company. I'm glad I read this thread because I didn't know they had a ready to ship section on their site. Thanks hide for costing me more money lol.
