I have a simular setup (actually ordered the Osprey from operator45). Same setup as his, Storm Lake barrel with a bushing.
Have not had a chance to shoot as I am on the long wait for my tax stamp, but I did take a picture of it on my pistol at the dealers shop.

I run an MC operator with a storm lake barrel as well. Barrel dropped right in and runs great. My only complaint is I get powder back in the face that I've never experienced with any other setup I have (granted not many). However, it's not as bad as bunnypunter's sig 1911/Osprey setup.

Ok Doogie, lets not be bitchin about the Sig. I think all pistols are going to get some sort of blowback, esp depending on the ammo your using. However, i freaking love my Osprey can. It sights well and is sexy quiet. Easy Bunny..... I hope you know the guy before you go insulting him like that.
I tried running my Osprey 45 on a Nighthawk build but it would just not cycle correctly. So, I went back to my YHM Cobra M2 and it runs like a top. I did however put a Osprey 45 on my FNH Tactical 45 and it runs great as well. I am currently waiting on the barrel but I hear the 45 Osprey's suppress the 10mm easily. If so that would be a hell of a handgun. I am going with a Glock 20 and lone wolf barrel.

No worries KYS, there was a conversation the other day about a gerbil crawling up his ass and you can't blame a guy for being crabby when there's vermin in the anus.
