Those are from an overrun from "Centurion" loaded between 2007 and 2008 iirc. Used to come bulk packaged in a plastic bag. They had a silverish commercial primer, were not sealed, and had a 55 gr M193 clone projectile on top of a ball powder. I've been reloading the brass from a bag of 500 I bought since then. Most are on their fourth firing and are now waiting to be annealed. It was pretty good brass.
