So, every once in a while, I like to scoot on by my local nutjobs and see how they're doing. Its always good for a laugh, but sometimes an irrating one. Then, I figured I'd check out the website. Theres gotta be somthing to chuckle at, right? I dont normally take what they say to heart, but this confounds me. Once again, some actress has stepped above the mass of emo bleeding hearts and started a campaign to "protect animals". She's smokin' hot, so I thought, "I'll check it out." Observe...
From starring as a powerful drug trafficker in the international smash telenovela La Reina del Sur to her much anticipated role as a transsexual inmate in the upcoming K-11 film, Kate del Castillo emanates a sexy strength in all her work. The Mexican superstar brings that same smoldering power to her ad (shot by famed top celebrity photographer Jack Guy) for PETA urging fans to "fiercely protect your animals." In the striking PETA ad, Kate holds her rescued dog, Lola, as she warns guardians to "never leave [animals] to fend for themselves." Cats and dogs belong inside, where they are safe from deadly threats, such as bad weather, cruel people, other animals, and cars. A life indoors is just one of the basic needs a guardian must fulfill, explains Kate. You can save thousands of lives by spaying and neutering your companion animals, thereby preventing their offspring from suffering on the streets or in animal shelters.
Awesome. I didnt know that dogs and cats were not capable of surviving on their own. Learn somthing new every day. Also didnt know that animal "shelters" kill 3-4 mil every year. Sounds more like the Bates Motel for puddy tats than a shelter. Dont see weirdos holding picket signs in front of the local dog pound, do you? Sorry about the rant, but just had to express my disgust at people who harass me over killing one deer and a bunch of quail every year, but dont care one bit about human suffering. I think thats the last time I'm gonna visit that site. Guess it was bad judgment that led me there in the first place. Off the soapbox now....
