I was just wondering what some of the shorthand designations stood for on the S&B PMII's? For instance, a 5-25x56 PMII LT H58 CM CCW MTC. That tells me it has an H58 reticle, and has "More tactile clicks" but that is about all I can figure out.. I apologize for my ignorance, but I tried looking it up and was unsuccessful.

Schmidt Bender Lingo

CW - Clockwise Turret Rotation
CCW - Counter Clockwise Turret Rotation
CM - Centimeter click value (essentially same as mrad)
MRAD - 0.1 Mrad per click
LT - Locking Turret
MTC - More Tactile Click (One heavy clunk every full mrad)
DT - Double Turn Knob
ST - Single Turn Knob
LP - Lit / Parallax (Comes with an illuminated reticle and parallax knob)
P - Parallax adjustment

I think that about covers it.

It would be interesting to get info from folks that have used the various options as to how they liked them and if they would change the setup if buying again...as in DT vs ST...MTC or not...CW vs CCW...and so on.

It would be helpful to know your intended use for the scope. For example, if you are only shooting shorter ranges, a DT may be of no use to you, or if you have a Horus reticle, MTC knobs may be great...but if you are dialing all the time, MTC may be a PITA. CW vx. CCW...personal preference.

Can you get the DT option wth MTC? I thought some of the options were mutually exclusive of one another?
