Does Seekins bottom metal work with AICS mags?

Two versions of Seekins BM exist.

Original style used Seekins made mags.

New style uses AI mags.

If you have a picture of the BM we could tell you.

I have the old-style Seekins bottom metal on my 338 - no love with AI mags. That shouldn't discourage you though! The old-style LA bottom metal is great for hand loaded 338 LM. You can seat the bergers as far out as you need to and still feed them through the mag. Seekins makes high quality mags too - I have a 5-rd and 3-rd.

Seekins makes both models. Just call them, they are most helpful.

We make both, but the main ones we make anymore are Short, Long and CIP length that use AI mags.

For Seekins Mags we have our SA wsm style and LA Lapua style. Both so hand loaders aren't hamstrung by factory OAL confines.
