Spring-loaded lollypop targets

Heres a pic of some spring-loaded lollypop targets I made for Alpine768's match.
The lollypop part slides into the base and one bolt keeps it from coming out of the base when it goes back.

What sizes are they, do you sell them (they aren't on your site) and how much would they cost?

They work real good for smaller targets (2.5" up to about 6" or 7").
