remington xcr 300 win mag oal report

SO I just got a hornady over legnt guage and found out that my perticular remington 700 xcr tactical II rifle chambered in 300 win mag has an overall length is 3.61 ............


Just curious if your shooting the exact same rifle what is your oal....... I am wandering how much difrence there is in the good old factory chambering........

That sounds about right. Iwill have to check my note I sold mine but those numbers sound familiar

I have the exact same rifle in 300 Win Mag, and I too just got that tool about a month ago. Mine was 3.604", so I started loading my 208Amax to 3.59 and it seemed to improve my accuracy somewhat.

how is your amax....... I am shooting smk 210 with h1000 will let you know in a couple days how it shoots.

I am still working on the best load, but 76.0-78.0 are showing some real promise in roomy winchester brass. I am getting some nice groups so far with them, but am still learning about 300WMs since its my fist magnum rifle round.
