Army 300WM ammo question

I always thought Mk248 Mod 0 was designated in 2007, and have 220 gr SMK bullets. Just saw some ammo labeled Mk248 Mod 0, but have 190gr HPBT bullets and head stamped 300 WIN MAG FC 07. What takes??

MK248 Mod 0 featured the 190gr HPBT, Mod 1 had 220gr OTM.

Are they accurate (mod 0 and mod 1)?
