I wanted one for a long time however when I finally found one locally it was disappointing on account of the glass quality. Compared it side by side with the 6-24 and 2.5-10 and both of them seemed to be better than it. Just wasn't that clear and max power was ugly.

I have a 4-16x50 FFP PST, and there are some things that are great about it and some things that could be improved. For the money, the PST is great, it is FFP, has a nice illumination with adjustable brightness, and has a ZS system. The adjustment clicks are very definitive, and the zoom ring functions nicely. IMHO, the glass quality lacks some of the crispness of some of the other high end glass, but the PST is loaded with features for the price. I have mine mounted on my hunting rifle, as it has the features I want with a weight I can live with.
