Deliver a Manners stock to Sweden?

Hello, I hope someone can help me.

I want to but a Manners T4A for my Tikka T3 6.5X55, but I can't find any dealer that want to deliver to Sweden.

I've been in contact with him and he can't ship to Sweden.

It seems impossible to get one to Sweden!

Is it some kind of export or import issue? Why can't you just call Manners and have them mail it to you?
