Anybody use them? I came across some scary reviews regarding them, but they are dated 2008 etc. They have some things in stock that I need but im hesitant to order from them.

I get all my Haz Mat items from them. I just call them on the phone and they have my order ready for pickup the next day. Never an issue.

Good place to check out first for price comparisons.
Just purchased some dies and accessories from them
and Midsouth was noticeably less expensive than that
other "Mid".
The selection is not as large as some of the other outlets
but it's worth checking out.
Service is good and shipping rates are reasonable also.

Age related admission...... I have ordered an obscene amount of stuff from them since the early eighties. I have never, ever, had a problem.

If I order on Wednesday I get it by Friday. <span style="font-weight: bold">Almost</span> every Friday!
No problems here. I've ordered from them for years and spend my weekly 'fun allowance' with them.
I've also picked several things up in person from them. Granted they don't have a storefront, but neither does Midway.

I have ordered from them numerous times over the last 5-6 years and always had great prices, prompt shipping, and great service.

Count me another satified customer. 2008 was during the great shortage. Some of the negs may have had something to do with that. With them you can specify to either ship whats in stock and ship rest later or cancel any thing not in stock. Or have them hold shipping til everything is ready to go. This was obviously not the way to go back then if you ordered primers.

ONLY issue i had with them was UPS induced. THEY get my business LONG before midway, they at least keep their supplies in stock and dont put something in a flier for sale/special. Allow back orders then cancel it out of the blue with no notification or offer to make it right..

I use them and Midway USA for almost all of my reloading stuff. Bullets, dies, etc.
They have great prices and no problems

I have used them a lot since finding out about them a few years ago. Prices seem to be a little lower than the other mid. I think they even covered hazmat fees on primers before. Has been a great company to deal with.

One more here that has never had an issue with Midsouth. I use them ALOT too. Prices good and shipping fast. One caveat though, I order by phone. I don't really like their website that much. But then I like Midway's even less.

There customer service is great. Twice they have made mistakes, as soon as I called they corrected the error and shipped the item out before I ever returned the wrong item. The second time I was pressed for time, and I combined a trip to Ft. Campbell, and stopped in and exchanged it.
They want the customer happy.

I've used them for 20+yrs, back when their flyer was on newsprint paper. Always good service, quick shipping and very good across the board pricing. Seems here lately shipping is getting out of hand but that is pretty much everywhere.

Shipping is cheaper than everybody except for Grafs and Sons. But I live in Missouri, so I'd have to pay sales tax as well from Grafs (and Midway too!).
