AIAW and AX barrel vise question

Evening gents, where can I purchase a AIAW and AX barrel vise/ clamp with all the wooden inserts. I had mine stollen from my shop. Are there any other than the ones AI makes? And what would be the price on them if possible?

We have a couple of barrel change kits in shipment we have been invoiced for they are complete.
