Suppressors Where do cans go when you die ?

Re: Where do cans go when you die ?

It is my understanding that there can be a one time transfer at no cost to say to my wife when I take the dirt nap. I didn't ask any further questions. I should have asked "what if they are stolen?". If that were the case who would they come after? It is also my understanding that she cannot & does not have access to the gun safe. Since the NFA items are in the safe I guess someone will have to cut the top of the safe off to get them out. At that point I will have no say in the matter.

I would assume, like all your weapons, they would go in the casket with you!!

I'd laugh, but I think I'll just cry instead.

Don't you have some work to tend to?

Call the ATF and fill out a form 5. Pretty easy.

Re: Where do cans go when you die ?

They are inherited by my son when he's old enough to assume control of the trust - managed by my wife (co-trustee) until he is.
