That is big wet titties man.
I love the blend from the MSH into the magwell. Nice subtle feature.

While the work is absolutely gorgeous, I am more impressed that he has good customer service. That is something vey lacking in the industry in my experience.
I think if a gunsmith posted on their website that " I cost twice as much but I return phone calls" would probably more work than they could handle.
+1 on that. The communication is great but perhaps the best thing is the relationship you build with Chris. Great guy to work with and just a good guy. The other really cool thing is the ongoing updates you get on the project complete with pics!! On my build I routinely got text messages with questions and pics. Chris is simply GREAT to work with!! Two thumbs up!!
Very nice. Better than Brown, Wilson or Baer? Better than a Dan Wesson Valor? Or just another custom? Nothing wrong with that. The more players the better!
Since none of the others you mention are customs, yes, this one is better! There is a difference between a full house custom and a production semi-custom gun. Dont get me wrong, I have Wilson's and Brown's, and love them, but this is simply in a different class from those guns.

This Chris guy does not make his own frames and slides.
Thank you al for the kind words, it only makes me try that much harder.
I second what EasyRhino72 stated, the Ed Brown, Les Baer, Wilson Combat pistols of the world are nice and shoot wonderfully, but my full house custom is mine through and through.
I chose what went into it and with Chris' skill and expertise I received an awesome and completely unique pistol that you cant go to the local gunshop and buy.
My 1911 looks like a old wet horse...I love it dearly, but I am absolutely am in awe of the craftsmanship of those pistols Chris! You are one fine artist, and since I assume they shoot as well a they look...one fine craftsman as well...

I have a very nice shooting Rock Island Armory 1911-A1 that I was very proud of... till I saw that gun. It literally took my breath away for a minute. Absolutely gorgeous. The more I look around this forum and see all these pieces of art guns and hear how well they shoot, the more I realize that a factory gun will never do it for me.
Very nice gun. Looks like I know what I'm getting as soon as I get all the kit for the GAP-10.
You guys need to realize there needs to be more guys like Chris around. Not everybody can pick up a file or stone and say I is a gunsmith. It takes paitantce, hard work and skill to get to chris's level. Wilson and Brown won't be around forever.
Stop belittling his work, it only makes you look like an ass.
