The next BGTC PRECISION RIFLE MATCH, BIRMINGHAM, AL, will be on saturday October 13, 2012.
Starting with this match we will require pre-payment of match fees.
Here is how the registration process will work from now on:
1. as always, send me your email [it is better for me if you use email and do not use PM's through shide] stating you want to shoot the match, my email address is [email protected], the email must include your:
-[1] full name, email address [if somehow different then the address from which you are sending me the email]
-[2] caliber/muzzle velocity you want shoot at the match [note no larger than .30 cal, no faster than 3,000 fps- if beyond these we CAN discuss, not ALWAYS an automatic exclusion from the match, however the load may be disallowed in my discretion as we are trying to avoid damage to our new AR 500 steel plates-NO MAGNUMS ARE ALLOWED BEYOND STATED LIMITS, NO 338's, NO .50 cals]

when i receive your email, i will acknowledge receipt of your email and tell you to complete the preregistration process by doing the following step 2 [which is new];

[2] Your check for $20.00 payable to BGTC, Inc., your prepayment of the match fee.

[*Note that effective immediately we have increased the match fee to $20.00, previously it was $15.00, because we need to recoup the funds BGTC, Inc., which is a non profit organization, invested in the build of our new 700 yard range and the new steel targets and set up we are using for this match. One of our many goals with this match is to provide a great match, at a great range that is CHEAP TO SHOOT as we want you guys to keep coming back.
When your registration is complete [<span style="color: #3366FF">as I have received both your email </span><span style="color: #FF0000">and your $20 match fee</span>], I will send you an email advising your registration for the match is complete and you are on the match roster.

NO SPOTTING SCOPES ARE ALLOWED TO BE USED BY SHOOTERS DURING THE MATCH. THE ONLY SHOOTER GLASS ALLOWED DURING THE MATCH WILL BE THE RIFLE SCOPE ON THE GUN YOU ARE SHOOTING. SHOOTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SPOT FOR EACH OTHER AT ANY TIME DURING THE MATCH.
