Push or controlled feed action, they made both in 64, that would be big price point, actual caliber as well, the rare ones to consider are 300 Savage, 35 Remington, 458 Win., 7X57, 358 Win, 250 Savage, 300 Win Mag. Lyman scope, all depends which one, always like the Alaskan myself. Hope some of this helps.
More info? Are you talking a Win Model 64? Something pre-64? Caliber? Was the action pre-drilled for the scope, or was the Lyman drilled into the action?
More info... anything Winchester is interesting. But gotta know more?
It's a 1964.....first year of production on the new style, NOT pre 64. No control feed, and it is factory drilled for the scope.
The 225 Winchester is a pretty rare round......
That's what I got, I have pics, gorgeous rifle - anyone interested? I can buy it if so.

Varmint or standard barrel, I shot one many years ago that was an absolute tackdriver with win factory ammo, the 225 was to replace the 220 swift, the 22 250 edged it out and nothing will replace the swift. if the gun is varmint weight and in good shape Im interested, the 225 is the one 22 cal that I do not own.It will not run with pre 64's money wise. post a pix.. very best

Craigslist - Kitsap county area I think - he said one guy in Bonneylake was interested
You really hade me scratching my head there for a while since a Winchester model 64 is just a model 94 with a pistol grip stock, usually in 30-30. What you have is a post-64 Model 70 push feed. They are actually a well fitted smooth action.
Articlight, well yes you could rebarrel it in 223, but judging by the picture you posted the rifle looks in great shape. Also the 225 Winchester was a fairly accurate round, great little rifle for a little reloading and experimentation.
