As far as i recall the bonded 165 gr is used for shooting through glass-hence the LE designation. The bonded projectile is less prone to shed jackets or fragment. If I am not mistaken it is a hunting type bullet that was found to be a better performer in that specific LE application.

Can't speak to the accuracy as I've never compared it to FGMM.
