reloading bench help

i am building a reloading room and i need to know what the typical bench height is?
if a few people could post pictures that would be great.

I built my 42 inches tall. I mostly stand when I relaod. On rare occasion I will sit on the stool. I like access to all sides of the bench so I built mine as an island design. It's heavy and stable.

My bench

I think the height on mine is 35-36 inches. I stand when I reload. I'm 5-08 height range.

your bench height should be whats comfortable for you, not what's good for somebody else

I built a bench in the garage to load from, it is 42" tall, too tall for me. It holds my laptop, so I can spew my ignorance on this site, and anything else not used.

I have a free standing table like flashhole, only mine is on steroids, 37" tall. Perfect for standing, and sitting on a stool. I'm 5'10".

Whatever you build, just make it nice, so you are proud to sit at it and build qaulity ammo.

If you want to sit at it, get the chair your gona use and set in it. Put your hands where the the bench height would be to make sure its comfortable. Go from there.

I am 6' 4" and my bench is 36" high. I have an ergonomic stool with a back on it that measures 25" and all is well for me for single stage, priming & powder operations. My Dillon 550 is mounted there too but on a strong mount. I stand when I using it.
I would post a pic but everything is so messy right now I am ashamed to do it.
