Public land (local state park), after 3 days of hunting this area and seeing all kinds of signs but nothing til after I couldn't see the pins anymore this girl walked out about 45* downwind, 25yd from my climber.
She folded immediately, I was shaking from the rush afterwards, it was not the shortest distance kill that I've had but it brought back 110% of the exhiliration I got on my first deer.
Ruined the broadhead though, it seperated C4/5 and she dropped in her tracks. Second easiest recovery I've ever had.
