Anyone here work for Armalite? I am wondering if Armalite is going to sue the Big-10 Conference (NCAA) for using the word 10 in their conference name.

But any use of the letters 'A' and 'R' together, constitute copyright infringement right?
Here's a simple and compliant way to get around it: "A-re you going to A-rkansas on the 1-0th of November?"
Shouldn't be a problem to live with this A-rrangement.

Given some of the things that I've seen patent examiners accept, I'd say that the answer is "yes".
I believe that the rules have changed from "first to invent" to "first to file", so you'd better hurry and get your provisional in place before someone beats you to it.
