If you have no more undefeated teams from which to choose and your opponent(s) still have teams remaining, you're out. That is not the case this week. Rule 14 (tie breaker) applies only if there is a tie that cannot be decided by one player or the other moving on. Assuming you both exhaust your supply of undefeated teams at the same time and you both win or lose that week is when Rule 14 decides the contest winner.
