LMT MWS barrel conversion

Has anyone had work done by DBMG? I'm looking for someone that can do the conversion. My plan is to buy a 6.5 CM barrel from Fulton arms and get it set up for a MWS.

I'm attaching the only threads I know of about the MWS conversions. I'm thinking that they have just gotten over whelmed with orders, that they just can't keep up. I hope it gets sorted out as I'd like a conversion for my MRP.

Dont quote me on what I said because in no way do I know what i'm talking about nor have I contacted DBMG. I'm just guessing thats why no one has gotten ahold of them. Who knows maybe they are just busy, family issues, or what ever, life is crazy..

kentucky gun company has LMT 6.5 creed barrels in stock for the MWS for $560 bucks:

I don't think 1-9 will stabilize the 140 gr. Is it worth making the jump from 7.62 to 6.5 CM to shoot the 120 gr?

I spoke with LMT last week because the twist rate was my concerne as well. They have changed the twist to 1/8 in the 6.5CM and will be coming out with a 1/8 for the 260 but no time frame on that he said. I initially wanted the 260 just because of brass issues, but since they only came in 1/9 I opted for the 6.5CM. I guess I will be resizing 260 brass or whatever else I can get my hands on at an affordable price. I ordered my 6.5CM from KingOfoptics Friday and with any luck will be shooting it on Saturday. I guess I will let you all know how it turns out.

I spoke with LMT and was told that the current 6.5 CM barrels are 1-9. Do you have a POC for the 1-8?
