Gunsmithing Bought a Turd "need polisher"

It's a Walther KKJ 22-Hornet.
Was rechambered 22AI-Hornet,"not good".
This is how it shoots

36gr.HP=key-hole, 40gr Blitzking=round hole.
Not good,Not good.
Took it apart, in box now.

Needs barrel, would someone like to fix this?

It is interesting to me that your keyholes are so clear cut and that they are all oriented in generally the same direction.

That bolt looks almost identical to the Mauser/MAS rimfire bolts.
