So I forgot to anneal my 22-250 brass, its already primed and really need to anneal it. Question is can I anneal it when its primed?

No, Too much chance of either a cookoff or changing how hot the primer fires off.

You can decap your 22-250 then anneal it. You can reuse your live primers.
