I don't have any ideas about these but check out Lowa as another option super light GTX and overall solid I've worn them for a few seasons now and they are still holding up great!

I just bought a pair of these about 2 months ago, and they are definitely not as good of boot as my Danners. The soles are coming apart and had leaks in them not long after I got them. I will be getting another pair of Danner Roughouts next time I buy another pair of boots.

+ 1 on the Danners. I have a pair that is 6yrs old and are worn just about daily!

Danners give me piece of mind knowing my boot wont come apart. First pair worn almost daily for 6 years and they only got better with age. I have acadias uninsulated for Texas summers and Canadians for cold weather.

I've got a pair, they are light and super comfortable, prefer them over the 2 pair of Danner pronghorns I have. On the other hand I also have a pair of the Under Armour Ridge Reapers and they weren't near as comfy as the freaks.

Just bought a pair, worn one weekend at the ranch - pretty happy so far. We'll see how they hold up, so far like them on the rocks.
Got a 10 yr old pair of Danner Pronghorns, still the leader of comfy boots out of the box. But they leak now.
Left a great pair of Danners, forgot which model, lighter than pronghorns, in Africa, for ass't PH with boots held together with duct tape.

Skip the SpeedFreaks and look at a pair of Lowa Zephyrs. You can get the GTX or regular. They are super light and by far the most comfy boot I've ever owned. I tried the SpeedFreaks on several times and if you think they are comfortable, you'll be blown away by the Lowa Zephyrs.

Does under armor have good customer service? Seems like they make a good product, and it's priced as such! Just curious if anyone has maybe sent a pair of boots back for a replacement if they have fallen apart.

im active duty in trashcanistan. had mine about a month before all hell broke loose. laces came apart, bottoms starting to rip tread off, stitching on the inside has come apart, and outside seams already coming apart. i switched back to zephyrs, never had issue with them, just wanted to try UA as i love their clothes.
