Stock options for Savage FV-SR..

Looking for a quality stock for my Fv.

Boyd's Tacticool and the Rhineland Leopard.

Any suggestions outside of these?

I like the looks of the Tacticool. But mine shoots so good in the factory stock I'm afraid to change it.

I just put a Boyd's Tacticool and DIP metal on my new FV-SR last night. The gun weight is better distributed and it looks great also. I never fired it with the factory stock, so no regrets here.

For what it's worth, when the time comes i'll probably go with a manners t4 and probably put an xlr cheekrest on my savage mkII.

A bit more expensive than the tacticool and other options but will be worth it, especially since it will mimic my match gun.

Ditto on this. The factory stock felt so cheap, and I had the Boyds stock before the rifle, so it dropped right into it without being shot.

I'm going with a Boyd's rimfire hunter on mine, solid laminate. I personally like the ergonomics better.
