That article says Freedom Group is for sale, not just Bushmaster.

Freedom Group is a whole lot bigger than just Bushmaster. Remington, DPMS, AAC, Marlin, Para, and Barnes bullets just to name a few.

I think this move was coming before the shooting, as the three-headed dog has been making statements about moving out of industrial products and more into financial products for over a year.

Hopefully, the new owners gives the products the attention and respect that are deserved.

I'm pretty sure that firearm manufacturers are exempt from liability resulting from use of their products, per a law passed in 2005.

It'll probably never happen, but I'd love for Ron Coburn to purchase Remington away from Cerberus/Freedom Group.

He helped bring Savage "back", and I'm certain he could fix Remington's issues too.

When did AAC belong to Cerberus? Jesus i didn't know that. Ultimately this drivel the Liberals/media are going to get passed is going to do nothing but put people out of business and in less of stance to defend themselves.

ACC was bought a few years ago (2009) by Freedom Group.
