Re: Merry Christmas rimfire guys

Merry christmas to all.
(The wife and her side of the family are very obective to guns. To my suprise I found a 22 rifle, a LRF, some boxes of ammo, frog lube, and a card that read: "we thought we might help you get these now before theyre banned". Lol Im tickled , im slowly coverting them boys. Slowly but surely.

Re: Merry Christmas rimfire guys

And a very merry Christmas to all of y'all. Somehow you guys convinced me that 22s were really worth spending money on, and somehow I managed to impart that notion on to my wife (in part because that's the only caliber she is comfortable shooting). So she got me a Bushnell Elite Tactical 3-12x44 30mm w/G2DMR reticle and Seekins rings!!! It will go atop my CZ455PT, which is with Hooper getting threaded and a bolt knob put on. Hot damn.

yep, we're having "long range day" (4th saturday of the month at the club. anything (rimfire, centerfire, blackpowder) can be used. 200M (218Y), 300M (328Y), 385M (421Y), mostly shooting steel round plates ranging from 3" to 18"

i'm finalizing the COF so that plinkers, silhouette shooters, and a "tactical sniper type match" can all be ran at the same time without getting in each others way, nothing is sanctioned, just for fun and practice. hopefully someone there will want to run an official benchrest, full course CMP & NRA matches now that the facility is up and running. but we'll see as the year progresses.

more details to come later....
