The reason I ask is because I placed a order in the first part of December and my credit card was charged at once. I have tried to e-mail and call and it just rings and disconects. No answer no recordings and no return e-mail and no order to date.
I know that there has been a rush recently but this order was placed before that. Other suppliers have managed to get their orders out in a timely fashion and still take calls and answer e-mails.
The fact that they billed my credit card and that I have had to pay the credit card bill and can't get any info about my order is just plain unacceptable for any supplier.
Their website says that their phones are shut down until further notice and shipping is running 15-24 days depending on the items. They can be funny to deal with, but we really are at the mercy of everyone that went out on a panic buying all the components up. At least the prices are remaining steady from what I have seen, much different than the ARs and accessories.
Powder Valley will be 19 days for my shipment if it shows up on time. My order was my normal pistol powder and bullet order on the 19th of December. Everyone is over the top right now.
My Powder Valley order was for in-stock (at the time at least, out of stock now) powder and the site showed 10-14 days to ship. That was on 12/29.
I know it hasn't been that long but does anyone know when Powder Valley typically charges the credit card? They haven't yet so I'm thinking maybe they do not charge the card until the order is ready to ship.
It has been my experience that PV does not charge your card until the order is ready to be shipped. Unlike some others that charge your card the minute your order is placed even if the itmes are not in stock.
At least Powder Valley does not turn there phones off or refuse to answer e-mails like some of the others. Who ever heard of turning off you business phone because you have so much business that you do not need anymore?
