Rifle Scopes 35mm rings with moa cant

I am looking to mount the Vortex 5-20x50 Razor HD on a DTA SRS. I would like to mount it with at least 20 moa cant, preferably 30. Having trouble finding anything, what are my options?

After looking around it makes me wonder why Vortex went with a 35mm tube and not the common 34mm?

Spuhr makes 35mm mounts now, you can get 20MOA versions in both 1.18" and 1.46" high.

20MOA will get you out pretty far with a Razor with the amount of elevation travel they have.

Spuhr mount looks pretty nice. $410 ouch, twice the DTA mount price.

DTA makes a 40 MOA and I THINK a 30 MOA 35mm mount. ADM and Larue make 20 MOA.

Larue makes a 20moa ring/mount, and the 30moa in BMG size ring/mount. RNDrifles makes a 30moa piggyback rail.

Now that I know DTA made a 35mm mount in the past I would like to track one down. If I can't I see there are a few options.
