Does anyone know if a JP 15 inch handguard will fit over a stock DPMS SASS 308 barrel and Standard .936 gas block?

No. You need a smaller .750 gas block for it to fit properly.
I know the larger gen I jp hand guards would fit with that .936 gas block. Let me know if you would be interested in one. Should have one up for sale in the near future.

You need a low profile gas block for it to fit, also make sure the part # ends with a "D" to fit the dpms platform. The ones that end in an "A" will work on armalite.

My dpms 260 has same barrel and i have a jp Vtach handguard and used a pri adjustable gas block it is low profile im sure
