I have been looking for brass and cannot find ANY.
was offered some .223 at $75.00 / 1000 pcs uncleaned from a range.

Is this the going rate??

That seems like a good price. I've seen it going for as much as $200 with all this panic lately.

It's usually a little cheaper but with the panic buying you can't find anything. That's a fair price so I would get it if you need it.

$75/1000 for mixed range brass isn't a bad deal, a pain in the ass to sort and inspect, but not a bad deal.

Just before the shit storm one could buy 5500 pcs of new primed LC 556 for $550

how much would you like , now its range brass 5.56 or .223 and DIRTY flat rate shipping would be approx 11-17 buck depending on how many thousand you want?

As I passed this sunday at a Gun show I just got a call from him and the price is $100.00 / 1000 pcs . he also says if I did not want them tomorrow Sunday there already sold !!!

this is getting a little out of hand but pay for what you need .
Glad I stocked up all my Bolt gun needs 2-3 years ago

I seriously considered buying some on GB the other day for $145/1000, if that helps your decision. I have a lot of 223 mouths to feed but I have enough to do in a pinch.
I am glad I didn't throw out all my 6,6.5 and 7TCU brass years ago. They will soon be converted to Blackout brass. Waste not want not.

I have a contact that quoted me $110.00 +$16 for shipping for a large flat rate of mixed range brass. I think they said it was about 2250 pieces of brass. That was on about the 1st of this month though but I doubt they jumped on the band wagon.

I gave $100 for 500 filthy lake city a few weeks ago.
only brass i could find.
but it cleaned up great. and after cleaning and sorting out the bad cases, i ended up with over 600.
but i say if you can find 223 brass get it.
